Companies Share Excitement as Ski Season Draws Near
Denver, Colo. - September 8, 2009 - Colorado Ski Country USA
(CSCUSA) and Icelantic Boards announced today that they are teaming
up in a new partnership. Icelantic will become the official ski
partner of Colorado Ski Country USA and will sponsor the popular
Colorado Gems Program. The Colorado Gems Program showcases a group
of nine Colorado ski areas that offer discounts, including free
skiing and other benefits, through the Colorado Gems Card.

providing premiere skiing experiences, which make our state the top
choice of places to ski," CSCUSA's president and CEO, Melanie
Mills, explains. "Icelantic shares that same commitment by
providing the highest quality skis, made in Colorado, which is why
we are thrilled to partner with them. Underwriting the Gems Program
in particular creates the perfect synergy, since the Colorado Gems
ski areas and Icelantic represent home-grown Colorado at its
finest."
Icelantic's founder, Ben Anderson, shares Mills' excitement,

The partnership brings the best of Colorado skiing together, with
CSCUSA's 22 member resorts offering world-class skiing and
Icelantic offering hand-crafted skis designed and manufactured
locally in Colorado. The agreement comes just in time for the
approaching ski season as well, with skiers starting to think about
purchasing new skis and about the new adventures awaiting them in
Ski Country USA.
